Express Entry: Canada’s current vehicle for accepting and assessing Economic class applications is the Express Entry (EE) system. It allows candidates who qualify for one of the Economic programs such as Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program or Canadian Experience Class, to be entered into a pool with other applicants and be ranked according to their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. This score is based on factors such as the applicant’s age, education, work experience and language skills. Periodic draws of candidates from the pool are based on a threshold score, which is determined by the CRS scores of applicants in the pool.
We invite you to complete our Free Assessment to find out your eligibility under the EE program.
Provincial Nomination: Each of Canada’s provinces and two territories (except for Quebec which follows its own unique guidelines), has a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The provinces are permitted to select or “nominate” a set number of candidates each year based on their own set of guidelines and requirements.
The provinces generally have two broad streams:
- Express Entry Stream
- Non-Express Entry Stream

Family Sponsorship: Canada allows eligible Canadians or Permanent Residents to sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada, such as:
- Spouse, partner or dependent children
- Parents or grandparents
- Adopted children and other relatives
Family re-unification is one of the cornerstones of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), however, there have recently been a number of changes to the various sponsorship categories. Allow us to assist you and your family to navigate through this process.
